HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the event of a return, you have up to 15 days from receipt of your order to return your item to us.

The return is the responsibility of the customer.

We invite you to return your products and place another order in order to obtain the product that suits you.

Only products returned in perfect condition, new (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) in their original packaging, with all possible accessories linked, labeled, and with the return delivery note where the "return" box is checked , will be accepted.

If the returned product does not meet the criteria cited, the return will not be accepted and the refund will not be made.

To make a return:

Go to your ATHRA customer account.

Select the product(s) to return.

Indicate the reason for returning the product.

Place the return slip inside the package.

Go to a post office near you and return the product to the following address:

Keep the second half of the label to affix the stamp and relay signature when shipping the return.
